This interface enables parents and school personnel alike to view a list of schools for each county. A Google Maps mash up enables users to virtually search around nearby schools gaining an understanding of the community. To further that understanding, a Wikipedia mash up enables users to read the history, demographics, and interesting trivia. Schools spend significant time processing data to prepare for team training meetings where graphs of VDOE data are presented. This application is designed to allow schools to simply apply the necessary filters to produce the needed graphs in PDF and Excel exports.
